WordPress is the most popular CMS on the web with many components. Sometimes errors can raise their heads on your WordPress site, and it may be difficult to figure out what is causing the problem . When troubleshooting, it’s always advised to deactivate your other plugins temporarily and see if your problem persists.
Usually wordpress admin will go to the plugins screen to activate or deactivate it. If there is a better way to activate and deactivate a plugin that sits right in your admin bar, this is the solution.
The first thing you need to do is install Plugin Toggle plugin. This is a plugin that works right off the bat and there are no settings to configure.
Upon installation, the plugin will add a new item in WordPress admin bar, on top, and labelled Plugins. Pass mouse over this menu item, you can see all plugins you have installed on your site. Any active plugin is shown in bright white colored lettered, while all inactive plugins show up in grey colored letters. With Plugin toggles, you can activate or deactivate a plugin easily with a simple click.
